The children in Y2 learn all about Eid
Today, the children in year 2 have been learning all about Eid. They spent the day finding out about the celebration using photos, videos and non-fiction texts. They also tried some different foods such as chapatis and samosas. All of the children loved the taste of the poppadums!
In the afternoon, the children designed different mehndi patterns for their hands. They thought carefully about the different designs that they could use.
Well done year 2!
