Sheffield’s Health, Wellbeing, Behaviour Change & Weight Management Support Service contract for Adults and Families ends in March 2024.

These programmes are usually delivered by a local community weight management service, and they support people/families to develop healthier habits and improve their health and wellbeing.

As part of the commissioning cycle, Sheffield City Council are beginning to speak with local stakeholders to gather their insight into what they would want from a future service, and we would also like to consult with the public too. The insights gathered will help us commission and shape a service that is most effective and suited to the public’s needs
